ON
SHOULD CHRISTIANS CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS AND OTHER SUCH DAYS?
(Jer 10:2 [KJV])
Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
Every year Christians the world over get involved in festivities that were started many years ago; never knowing or understanding their origins. TTGM will attempt to show you what is behind the curtain to these yearly festivities (eg. Christmas). Every man has a decision to make in his one life, we pray you make the right decision after you have read our page on captioned subject.
WE WILL FOCUS ON CHRISTMAS IN THIS STUDY – SHOULD CHRISTIANS CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS?
The MANY (majority/ goats/ they say Lord Lord but will be rejected by Yeshua – Matt 7:23) celebrate Christmas. Should it be celebrated by the FEW (true believers/ sheep/ they keep the commandments of God – Matt 14:15)? TTGM’S answer follows.
Today more and more of the MANY are celebrating Halloween; this day is an unrighteous event filled with dark rituals. Halloween is without question a satanic/heathen/pagan day that was started by evil men that gave themselves over to the prince of darkness.
The question is:
If Yeshua (Jesus)’s name is applied to the Halloween day; and say we change the name from Halloween to something like CHRISTWEEN, does this make it okay to celebrate along with its unrighteous rituals?
SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT APPOINTED DAYS:
God has His days that He has given to us. Whenever we celebrate them, He remembers (we remember) what it was for. Countries also have days that they celebrate (eg. independence day); when the day comes the people remember the reason for the day. How we celebrate it may change but the reason for the day is remembered and remains the same.
It is the same with “Christween” (Halloween) when the day comes, God remembers the reason it was started. It started as an unholy day and it remains in memory as unrighteous (sin).
NOW LET US LOOK AT CHRISTMAS.
The period of Christmas is during the Winter Solstice. During this time pagan rituals are performed. It is also known as “yule” time (yuletide) for pagans. It was celebrated long before the name “CHRISTMAS” was attached in 336AD. Read the history.
It is forbidden by God. God instructs us not to “even learn” what the heathen/pagan does. It is written.

PRACTICES PERFORMED ON DECEMBER 25 and before:
- Christmas is taught to be the birthday of Jesus. Songs are sung on that day to confirm this.
God commands us not to lie
- The MANY tell their children Santa Claus will give presents to them. The children are also told that he flies on a sleigh in the air. Santa never dies and he knows everyone that is naughty and nice.
God commands us not to lie
- The MANY put trees in their homes and hang gold and silver on them as part of the celebration.
God commands us in His word not to do this (Jer 10:3-4)
- The MANY celebrate this time by eating pork.
God commands us in His word not to eat this unclean flesh (Lev 11:7)
Final comments:
TTGM would encourage you not to follow the MANY that celebrate satan’s days that are filled with lies and deceit (Christween/Easter/Halloween). Look for and understand God’s days and give Him honour and glory as He commanded.
